Fall 2013 …For no man can do these miracles, except God be with him… John 3:2b Vol 4 No 2 JESUS THE HEALER Greetings in the name of Jesus, the Healer. I want to welcome you to our Ministry via this newsletter. We are the Ministry of the Watchman International Church for All Nations. We were founded in 1988 by our Senior Pastor, Prophetess Barbara A. Williams. We’re non-denominational/full gospel, so we teach believers how to pray for the sick, and witness in the full power of God. We have two meetings per week at our churches in Ohio and Michigan. Our church in Michigan recently relocated to 26820 Groesbeck Hwy in Warren with Prophetess Barbara Williams. Our church in Ohio is located at 4200 Prospect Avenue in Cleveland with Pastor Shirley S. Camp. We invite you to come and worship with us. The meeting schedule is on the back of this newsletter. We also invite you to attend our upcoming Cleveland Healing School & Miracle Service on April 12, 2014, at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, 3750 Orange Place, Beachwood, Ohio at 12:00 noon. Transportation is available from the Detroit area. For more information, please call 1-800-560-9240 or log on to www.ministryofthewatchman.com. We are here to serve you! Our ministry team has been very busy visiting the neighborhoods and praying for those in need. We are in your neighborhood by Divine appointment, so God has sent us here to let you know that you are loved and God wants you well . The word of God says that Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. He never changes in His great love for us, and He wants us all well, so let’s believe God together for a total healing for all humanity and for the Healing and Miracle bus to take us to meet every need with the mighty power of God. The Ministry of the Watchman’s Healing & Miracle Bus travels throughout Cleveland communities every third Saturday of the month to share the love of God as well as His desire to perform miracles. Many contacts are made with God’s people as we share free bread and experience God’s power as people are ministered to. Here are a few reports from recent trips on the Healing and Miracle Bus: One of the most memorable moments that have occurred on the Healing School and Miracle Bus is when Pastor Barb and Pastor Shirley accompanied us to pass out bread and pray for the residents in a local apartment building. I posted flyers around the building days prior to our arrival which stated "Don't Miss Your Blessing. Come Receive Free Bread, Sweets and Special Prayer." Those flyers encouraged the residents and many came out to the bus that day with great expectancy. It was like a mini healing rally. The people's spiritual needs were met as well as their physical needs. It's a high honor to serve people in the same way Jesus did. Jesus feed the masses with five loaves of bread and two fish after praying for the sick. He showed the people that He cared about them so much that He didn't want them to go home hungry. We are following Jesus' example. Each time we go out on the Miracle Bus we give out at least 80 bags of bread. There's always more than enough. People leave better than they came. They never leave empty-handed. On our next visit a man told me, while in tears, to thank my pastor for praying for his financial breakthrough. Pastor Barb prayed for him with compassion. He admitted that he messed up his money and didn't expect to get a miracle, but Pastor Barb told him about the forgiveness of Jesus. That prayer opened the door to his financial breakthrough. I like working on the Healing and Miracle Bus because when we go out to pass out bread we always start off with prayer. The people know that we are faithful and that we are doing the work of the kingdom. That's what keeps me going. Many people say they are Christians and that they love God, but they don't do the works, but that's why I feel that we are All-Stars for God. We are His elect. Sharee McKinney, Euclid, OH The most noticeable element of the Healing and Miracle Bus food ministry is the kind appreciation of the residents being served. On every trip, there are those who tell us, "Thank you for coming" as they work their way up the line. As we go to the various rooms inside the apartment building and announce who we are and that the Miracle Bus is here, many will look at us and state, "We know who you are," smile, and head for the bus. If any one of us from the ministry is not there, the residents will inquire because they are accustomed to us by face and personality and have grown comfortable and familiar with us. Most residents seem genuinely appreciative that we pray for them corporately. On our last trip, one gentleman told me over and over again how much better he felt after Mr. Howard, the Healing and Miracle Bus driver, prayed for him. The gratitude of the people is so genuine. Many contacts are made with God’s people as we share free bread and experience God’s power as people are ministered to. Here are a few reports from recent trips on the Healing and Miracle Bus:

One of the most memorable moments that have occurred on the Healing School and Miracle Bus is when Pastor Barb and Pastor Shirley accompanied us to pass out bread and pray for the residents in a local apartment building. I posted flyers around the building days prior to our arrival which stated "Don't Miss Your Blessing. Come Receive Free Bread, Sweets and Special Prayer." THE BELIEVER’S MINISTRY Mark 16:17-18 says “and these signs follow those who believe: In my name they will cast out devils;

they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and even if they drink anything deadly, it shall not harm them; They will lay hands on the sick and they shall recover.”

As believers, we have been mandated to have signs follow us. Jesus did all these things when He walked this earth and He said greater things we would do.

Donna Lockhart, of the Ministry of the Watchman, is doing just that. Several years ago, Pastor Shirley Camp heard God say that the residents of Indian Hills had been

crying out and He heard their prayers. So, when the Watchman Ministry started to receive fresh bread from a local supermarket, Donna agreed to pass it out. She was given the name “Bread Lady” as she developed a personal relationship with the residents. Soon she began to take prayer request and minister the Word of God, praying the prayer of faith with the laying on of hands.

This is a recent interview with Donna and Patricia Frazier, also of the Watchman Ministry, regarding the ministry to the Indian Hills Community.

Q: How long have you been living in the Indian Hills Community? A: Since June 2000. 13 years. Q: When did you start ministering and giving bread to the residents of the Indian Hills Community? A: About seven years ago. Q: Would you explain how you prepare yourself to minister to the people at Indian Hills? A: I want God to prepare me before I go out to distribute the bread, so I always pray and ask God to

give me the words to pray if anybody wants prayer, and they usually do. I pray over the bread that it will stay fresh and that it will be gladly received as it has been freely given.

Q: Would you give us an idea of how you got the passion that you now have for passing out the bread? A: Over time the ministry has grown in my heart to the point that I think about bread all the time! I enjoy this and it is a passion. I know it is

God working in me to do this. Q: Have you found that people need just the bread or has this opened the door for ministry? A: I have seen that people need much more than the bread and it has opened doors for me to minister to them. Often just asking "How are

you?" opens a door for them to express their needs. Then I ask them if they would like prayer for that need. Q: Generally, how have you been received by the people? A: The ministry has been received very well. I would say it’s been received in a miraculous way. The people are great receivers. Often, some of

them want to show their appreciation by giving donations to the ministry. Q: How long do you believe this ministry will continue? Have you thought about the long term future of this ministry? A: I see this ministry continuing for a long time. That it will be ongoing. People still need to be reached at Indian Hills. They still need healing

and salvation. Q: Could you share one story of an encounter with a resident that yielded a positive result or something that was memorable? A: While passing out bread I came to the door of a man who was so grateful to receive the bread. He stated he had no food and said he had

been praying about it. He was so appreciative and knew this was an answer to prayer. A friend of mine was able to bring him a whole bag of food later that day. He was moved to tears and just kept saying “Thank you!”

Q: That’s a wonderful testimony, Ms. Donna. Have you been able to see blessings or breakthroughs in your own life that you believe are connected to you passing out the bread and ministering to residents?

A: Yes, I have. I have passed out bread with symptoms in my body and realized later that the pain was gone! I get great joy from passing out the bread. I really enjoy it so much and I also get blessed. I’m glad to do it. God always enables me to do this because I can’t do it without His help. I always ask him to allow me to remain small and God big.

Q: In closing, is there anything else you would like to say concerning your ministry? A: I just want to thank God and the ministry because it has helped me to do things that I never, ever thought I would be doing.
