Relations position. This leadership position’s duty will be maintaining good relations and communication with your

1. Alpha Epsilon Pi’s incoming president, Jonathan Burger, must meet with their Fraternity and Sorority Programs’
advisor at the beginning of the Spring 2017 semester to discuss the chapter’s current cumulative judicial standing and review the Fraternity and Sorority Programs’ policies
and expectations. At this meeting Jonathan must acknowledge that he has reviewed and understands Alpha Epsilon Pi’s international policies. Documentation of the
meeting must be submitted to [email protected] within a week of the meeting.
2. Alpha Epsilon Pi’s incoming executive board must become TIPS trained by Friday, March 10th. Documentation of the training must be submitted to [email protected]
within a week of completion. 3. Alpha Epsilon Pi must follow their plan to change their
guest list policy to 1 guest per member starting in the Spring 2017 semester. A meeting, with a chapter advisor physically or electronically present, must be held to inform the chapter
facility residences of this policy change. Signatures from all
the chapter facility residents must be collected to acknowledge they understand and will abide by the new policy. The signatures must be submitted to

their chapter facility. Kappa Sigma must register their next
event with alcohol within 7 business days prior to the event. If
the Greek Standards Board receives a referral alleging Kappa
Sigma violated the events with alcohol policy by not registering
the event prior to completing this sanction, Kappa Sigma will be

of Arizona Police Department liaison. This is an opportunity for
members to ask questions and bond with their liaison. Alpha
Epsilon Pi must obtain signatures from 75% of its roster to
