Greetings from Kunal Parekh High School Tours! With immense pleasure, we are delighted to share with you our Fall 2017 South Asia Undergraduate Student Recruitment Tour through High School Visits in 8 Cities across 2 Countries - India and Nepal

Our organization has established its presence with leading high schools in India along with leading high schools in Nepal - two of the fastest growing countries for outbound undergraduate students to the US and other International Destinations. Our Fall 2017 Tour consists of visiting 25 - 30 high schools across 7 cities in India and high schools in Kathmandu Nepal for the purpose of undergraduate student recruitment.

Our tour’s small group format of 10 university participants coupled with a focussed structure enables institutions to achieve quality undergraduate student enrollments, rich exposure, long-term relationship building with school counselors and highly productive meetings with 11th and 12th grade students, parents and school counselor officials.

Our Fall 2017 Tour is designed with the following unique benefits:

• Established Target Audience Approximately 95% of the graduating 12th grade class students from the participating high schools choose to study their Bachelors Degree in the US and other International Destinations. Furthermore, students from these schools pursue a diverse set of majors in College such as Psychology, Political Science, Fine Arts, Film and Media Studies, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering , etc. These students have also taken their SAT, ACT, AP and English Proficiency Tests and thus are well prepared to pursue their Bachelors Degree. Similarly, Parents also play an active role in meeting with University Officials to learn more about their institutions, are globally well travelled and come from professional backgrounds that recognize the strength of a Bachelors Education pursued internationally.

• Strong Profile of High School Counselors The participating school counselors have extensive experience working in their school and in the field of international education via active involvement in educational conferences such as NAFSA, OACAC, CIS, IB World Conference etc, in order to help their 12th grade students pursue a Bachelors Degree Education in the US and in other International Destinations.

�• Focussed School Visits The quality of high schools chosen to visit during our recruitment tour is what truly differentiates our service. Each participating high school visit is chosen carefully and is scheduled for visit months in advance - which in turn enables students, parents and counselors to be well prepared and actively participate during the time of our visit to their school. Furthermore, the participating universities in our tour are a maximum of 10 academic institutions leading to increased engagement with students, parents and counselors.

Tour Fee Inclusions: (Cont’d on Page 5) Domestic Flights Our Tour Fee covers Domestic Airfare (Economy Class) for participating institutions within India and from India to Nepal. Hotel Accommodation Our Tour Fee covers Hotel Accommodation (Five Star Properties) inclusive of Breakfast and WiFi for the participating institutions during the entire tour. Ground Transportation Our Tour Fee covers International Airport Pick-Up and International Airport Drop-Off along with complete Ground Transportation during the entire tour. �Hands on Tour Coordination and Support End-to-End Logistics and Travel assistance, coordination and support by Kunal Parekh High School Tours personnel to ensure a safe, productive and memorable tour experience. Tour Orientation and Welcome Event There will be an orientation, networking and welcome event hosted in Mumbai where all participants will be briefed on the details of the tour, industry dynamics, undergraduate student recruitment trends, school profiles , etc. Tour Wrap Up Report Comprehensive Post Tour Wrap Up Report which includes detailed information about the participating high schools along with contact information of all participating high school counselors responsible for student applications.

Tour Fee Exclusions: International Flights Our Tour Fee does not cover International Flights from your departure city to South Asia and vice-versa. Passport and Visa Charges Our Tour Fee does not cover passport and visa charges. Airline Baggage Charges Our Tour Fee does not cover extra baggage or excess baggage weight charges levied by airlines during the tour. Travel and Health Insurance Our Tour Fee does not cover International Travel and Health Insurance costs. Shipping Charges Material and Merchandise that is to be distributed to students during the school visits will need to be shipped to our Mumbai office at least 30 days prior to Tour commencement. The shipping charges will be borne by the participating institution. Other Deliverables: • A detailed itinerary of the tour including domestic flight information, hotel bookings

ground transportation and schedule of participating high school visits will be provided 14 days prior to tour commencement.

• Our travel desk will be actively working with you to recommend international flights and giving you the most updated information on your travel such as visa application information, tourist places to visit, weather, currency exchange, essential items to carry , etc.

Terms & Conditions • Participating Institutions must be accredited two-year and/or four-year degree granting

institutions. • The participating institution’s personnel must have knowledge of the institution’s

admissions policies, procedures and other relevant information of their institution. • Kunal Parekh High School Tours reserves the right to make changes to the tour, if in its

judgement the changes will be in the interest of the participating institutions. • In event of any change for the person participating, a re-booking fee will be applied as

per actuals. • Participating Institutions are welcome to send multiple representatives. 50% of the

participating fee will be chargeable in such a case. • Kunal Parekh High School Tours is not liable for any loss due to damage, theft or loss

of any items carried by the participant. • Kunal Parekh High School Tours holds itself free from liability for any loss, injury, delay

or damage from any cause beyond its control. • All prices are based on exchange rates as of 2017 and are subject to change. • Tour deposits are non refundable. Payment of the balance of the tour costs is due 60

DISCLAIMER: Participant/Applicant agrees and acknowledges that Kunal Parekh Tours, its affiliates, subsidiaries, members, directors, officers and employees (collectively referred to as “Kunal Parekh Tours”), shall not be liable for any damages, losses and/or expenses (including costs of litigation and attorney’s fees) arising out of or occurring in connection with his, her or its participation in the tour which is the subject of this application and including, but not limited to, injury to person (including bodily injury, sickness, disease, emotional injury or death) and loss or damage to property, regardless of whether such injury, damage or loss results from accident, sickness, acts of war or terrorism, quarantine, natural disaster, or any other cause whatsoever, and whether directly or indirectly within or beyond Kunal Parekh Tours's control. Participant agrees and acknowledges that Kunal Parekh Tours shall not be liable for the actions or omissions of its independent suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers, restaurants and Kunal Parekh Tours makes no representation or warranty concerning the nature or quality of the services provided by these suppliers. In the event Kunal Parekh Tours is unable to conduct the tour due to any cause beyond Kunal Parekh Tours’s control, Applicant/Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that he, she or it shall not be entitled to a refund but, instead, any or all amounts paid by Applicant/Participant shall be credited towards a rescheduled or future tour. Itinerary Change: Kunal Parekh Tours reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary including dates, cities visited, accommodations, etc. If a pre-departure itinerary change is for any reason(s) beyond Kunal Parekh Tours’s control, including but not limited to safety, security, weather, natural disaster, strikes, hostilities, terrorism, civil unrest, airport closings, late air, sea, car or motor coach departures or arrivals, Government travel warnings/advisories or other applicable governmental advisories, Applicant/Participant will not be provided any compensation, refund or credit. If an itinerary change becomes necessary during the trip for any reason(s) beyond the control of Kunal Parekh Tours, and notice prior to departure is not feasible, Kunal Parekh Tours will use reasonable commercial efforts to substitute an alternative destination(s). Kunal Parekh Tours shall not be liable to Applicant/Participant for any charges, fees or expenses paid or owed directly to third parties by Applicant/Participant including but not limited to air travel booked by Applicant/Participant directly with an airline in connection with a cancelled trip or an itinerary change for any reason OR other types of expenses such as incidental hotel expenses , etc. Prices are subject to change without notice. Kunal Parekh Tours will not purchase travel or health insurance on behalf of the participants and strongly recommends that participants purchase such coverage prior to departure. Institutions are liable for tour fees as indicated in the cancellation and refund section and “Terms and Conditions for Participation” section. Tour deposits are non-refundable. Institutions will be liable for the full tour cost, even if the participant attends a partial tour. In consideration of participation in the tour, Applicant/Participant irrevocably grants to Kunal Parekh Tours and its assigns, licensees, and successors the right to use Applicant/Participant’s image and name in all forms and media including advertising throughout the world and in perpetuity. Applicant/Participant waives the right to inspect or approve versions of such image used for publication or the written copy that may be used in connection with the images. Kunal Parekh Tours is permitted, although not obligated, to include Applicant/Participant’s name as a credit in connection with the image.
