Road Safety Tips• Watch for pedestrians and reduce your speed to below the posted speed limit
in school zones. • Wear reflective gear to be visible at night to other road users. Ensure your
bike is fitted with a bell, light and reflective tape.
• Wear a helmet and protect yourself from head injuries.
• Always stop for school buses when signals are flashing.
• Reminder to all road users to slow down and move over for emergency vehicles. New legislation also requires the same for tow trucks.
• For collisions that do not involve injuries or criminal violation, and where the vehicle is drivable, move out of the roadway and report to a Collision Reporting Centre within 24 hours.

September Transit Service• OC Transpo service was adjusted in June due to light rail
construction between Hurdman and Blair Stations.
• Through monitoring and feedback from customers, OC Transpo has made improvements to the revised services
• Hurdman Station is being relocated slightly to the east during construction.
