Day 1 - Travel to Wonder Valley We depart San Diego early morning and head north toward Central California, stopping for lunch at the popular Hungry Hunter

Steakhouse. After lunch we continue

northeast bound, arriving at Wonder

Valley Ranch Resort where the

friendly staff will greet your arrival

with a hosted Happy Hour, a

scrumptious ranch dinner buffet and

entertainment. Then, gather ‘round

the campfire this evening and enjoy

some down-home fun with Wonder

Valley’s evening entertainment.

Day 2 - A Day at the Ranch You’ll awaken to piping hot coffee and a hearty ranch buffet breakfast this morning before we depart for the

Fall in Scenic Yosemite

Forestiere Underground Gardens in

Fresno. Explore this unique,

subterranean complex of patios,

grottos and garden courts

interconnected with passageways

that encircle the four-room living

quarters. Forestiere’s 70 acres of

sub-surface gardens, rich with

Almond, Pomegranate, Olive,

Persimmon, Black Fig, Lemon, Date

Palm, Mulbery trees and more, was

voted 2016’s “Best Underground

Attraction” in America by USA

Today. Afterwards, enjoy an

included lunch at Applebee’s before

we depart for Coarsegold, CA. We’ll

check in for a two-night stay at the

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino.

This evening enjoy an included

Day 3 - Yosemite National Park After an included hot breakfast at

the hotel, we set out for Yosemite

National Park. You’ll enjoy a

delicious luncheon at the Majestic

Yosemite Hotel (formerly the

Ahwahnee). The dining room is both

magnificent and intimate with a 34-

foot-high beamed ceiling and large

sugar pine trestles that complement

the room’s granite pillars, floor-to-

ceiling windows and chandeliers,

creating the perfect ambiance for a

memorable dining experience. After

lunch we’ll travel through the heart

of Yosemite National Park, which

encompasses nearly 1,200 square

miles of innumerable lakes,

meadows, forests and granite

summits with endless unspoiled

alpine scenery. You’ll take a

narrated tram tour through

Yosemite Valley, a half-mile deep

depression with 3,000 foot high

domes and several powerful

waterfalls, including three of the

world's highest. We arrive back to

the hotel this evening where you’ll

have free time for dinner on your

own at the resort. [B, L]

Day 4 - Travel to Bakersfield Enjoy an included breakfast at the

hotel before we depart for Fish

Camp, where we’ll embark on a

fascinating four-mile excursion

aboard the Yosemite Mountain

Sugar Pine Railroad. Ride into

history, when powerful locomotives

once hauled massive log trains

through the Sierra Nevada

mountains. The Sierra National

Forest's majestic woods provide a

dramatic backdrop to this narrow

gauge journey back in time. Enjoy

an included lunch at Ducey's on the

Lake restaurant before we depart

for Bakersfield where we’ll check in

for a one-night stay at the Hilton

Garden Inn. This evening, reminisce

with your fellow passengers during

our included farewell dinner.

Day 5 - Travel to San Diego Breakfast is included at the hotel

this morning before we depart for

Los Angeles to visit The Autry - a

magnificent intercultural history

center and museum dedicated to

exploring and sharing the stories,

experiences, and perceptions of the

diverse peoples of the American

West. Located in Griffith Park, The

Autry’s collection of over 500,000

artifacts and art is housed within

nearly 20,000 square feet of

exhibition space. We return to San

Diego late afternoon with warm

memories of your Scenic Yosemite

Reservations: Telephone reservations may be made by calling (619) 334-3394. Telephone reservations must be followed by a $100 per person deposit within 5 days or your seat reservations are subject to release without notice. Trip Cancellation Protection: An optional Cancellation Protection Plan (CPP) is available at a cost of $125-$155 per person. CPP does not pay for the single supplement of the remaining traveler when a traveling companion cancels from a double occupancy reservation. CPP allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up until two hours before your scheduled departure time and receive a full refund (less the CPP fee), provided you notify DayTripper Tours by telephone of your change of plans. Cancellations And Refunds: For reservations not covered by the optional Cancellation Protection Plan, you must cancel your reservation by April 19, 2018 for the June departure or August 16, 2018 for the September departure to receive a refund, transfer or credit.
