With the change of the weather comes a change in our rental traffic. It can be a challenge to maintain your occupancy.
Here are some suggestions for a September “Fall Leaves” Marketing Theme. You may want to use some or all of these.

Resident Coloring Contest
Having a coloring contest for the younger Residents in your community, helps with Resident Retention, plus gives you some “Hand Made” decorations for your office.Here is a sample flyer to promote the coloring contest. The coloring pages are on the next page.

Centerpiece Created From Coloring Contest
• After contest cut out leaves (bribe teenagers with candy bar to help)
• Attach leaves to a twig with glue or double sided tape
• Arrange in a vase or flower pot
This makes a great office centerpiece. Plus the families like to see their leaf on display!
