Palo Santo means "holy tree," and its wood has been used in South American wine-making communities $9 #3 Orkney Skull Splitter * 8.5% abv * Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy Named after Thorfin Hausakliuuf, the seventh earl of Orkney, this reddish colored ale has an intense vinous nose, is rich and satiny in the mouth with a long dry finish and deep rich fruity notes. Described as “Satiny smooth in the mouth, deceptively light and dangerously drinkable” $7.5 #4 Schlafly Pumpkin * 8% abv * Pumpkin This Pumpkin Ale blends the spices of the harvest with full-bodied sweetness for a beer that tastes like pumpkin pie. Pounds of pumpkin form a malty foundation that supports the fall flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. The only beer to have more than one appearance on our PhD list. 12oz draft or bottle, $6.5 #5 Six Point 4Bean * 10% abv * Baltic Porter With the addition of Madagascar vanilla beans, 4BEANS takes Sixpoint Imperial Porter to the next level. Romano beans used by bygone brewers provide body, as the flavors of dark malt, cocoa and coffee are rounded out by smooth vanilla. The result is a quadrality of roasted, savory, and complex flavors. Modern formulation meets Baltic tradition and BKLYN partnership... it's Mad Science $7.5 #6 Boulevard Funky Pumpkin * 5.6% abv * Spiced Sour Pumpkin Funky Pumpkin is a unique spin on a pumpkin beer. Spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice and ginger, the final beer is a blend of brewhouse soured beer and beer aged in a stainless steel tank with brettanomyces. Fall Hop BrewsFall Hop Brews# 1 DC Brau Corruption IPA * 6.5% abv * American IPA The Corruption IPA is DC Brau's take on a Pacific Northwest IPA. Brewed with Pale 2 row, C-10, Honey and Victory malts. Exclusively hopped with 40 lbs of Columbus hops per brew to ring in at 80 IBU. This beer straddle's the line between IPA and Imperial IPA and has a supportive malty backbone with an assertive hop presence that smacks your mouth with a dank, resinous bitterness followed by pleasant aroma's of pine sap and burnt spruce $6.5

#2 Firestone Walker Easy Jack * 4.5% abv * Session IPABrewed and dry hopped with a globetrotting selection of new hop varieties from Europe, New Zealand and North America. This beer delivers massive hop aromas, a signature malt balance and an empty glass before you knew what hit you $6

Fall Drafts#1 Duchesse de Bourgogne * 6% abv * Flanders Red “Duchesse de Bourgogne” is an ale of mixed fermentation. It is a sweet-fruity ale that is brewed with roasted malts and with hops with a low bitterness. After the main fermentation and the lagering, the “Duchesse de Bourgogne” matures further for many months in oak casks. The tannins in the oak give the “Duchesse de Bourgogne” its fruity character 8oz $7.5

#2 Magnify Oktoberfest * 5.3% abv * Hoppy Marzen Brewed exclusively for the Cloverleaf, this beer has all the components of a traditional Oktoberfest (pilsner, munich, vienna and cara malts) with a marzen yeast. They "spiced" things up a bit by adding some New Zealand and American hops (Summit, Motueka and Nugget) and dry hopped with Saphir $6.5

#3 Founders Spectra Trifecta * 5.9% abv * KolschBrewed in the traditional Kolsch style, which requires fermenting ale yeast at a colder temperature and gives the beer a clean finish without fruity yeast esters. This bright, golden beer is brewed with a trifecta of natural ingredients: earthy, floral and slightly sweet chamomile; a touch of citrusy lemongrass; and a hint of spicy fresh ginger $6.5
