Mountain Lions and Climbers – Children learn the value and
healing power of being part of a team and working together to
accomplish what no one could on their own.
KidVid Cinema
Today’s treat was a Heart-y Snack! When we get well after
feeling sick or sad, it a good feeling. Kind of like our heart
is happy or whole! Today we put two strawberry halves to-
gether on our heart sugar cookie to represent the healing
heart!
Special thanks to Gene & Bobbi Dehlin for baking 100 sugar
cookies for today!!!
God has the power to heal!
Mountain Top Treats
Incredi-Balls- Today’s experiment will help us to remember that God
has the power to heal. The powder inside the mold bonded together
like our skin does when God heals us! It kind of looks like a rock
you might find on Mount Everest. And after you’ve been sick and
you’re feeling better…You bounce right back to health! God can
bond pieces too—like pieces of a broken heart or body.
Imagination Station
Today we experienced being
part of Naaman’s army! We saw how God healed the gen-
eral through the prophet Elisha! God has the power to heal!
Glacier Games
Our preschoolers kept very busy! Today their schedule looked like this: - base camp with everyone
- exploration stations-Bible sheet & stick
together
- Bible adventures & missions
- mountaintop treats
- kid vid
- games-Jordan River
- craft & play-incredi-balls

Summit Celebration
For our Opening Skit today Trek feels better, but now his
climbing team is sick so he tries to mix up a special soup to
heal them, but learns that only God has the Power to Heal.
We continue to collect our offerings to support this year’s
mission, the LCC Comfort Dogs! Help us reach mountain
goal ($200) by remembering to send your offering each
day!
Offering today: 27.50 Total this week: $57.14
Attendance today: 85
Our Songs Today: My God is Powerful (Theme), Power Shuf-
fle, I Sing the Mighty Power of God, Faith, You're Powerful
Each day concludes with a summit celebration! Everyone joins
in the fun as we talk about the adventures of the day and sing
some of our new songs! Today at closing we saw two half
hearts are connected with a cross shaped bandage to remind us
of God's power to Heal!
