WELCOME
Choosing a venue for your special occasion is one of the most important
decisions you’ll have to make, and by choosing Leicester Tigers our dedicated
team of professionals will ensure you, your family and friends have a very
special and memorable day.
The multi-million pound Holland & Barrett Stand is the largest venue of its
kind in the East Midlands, and we are proud to have a facility, the Premiership
Suite, which can accommodate up to 900 guests seated formally.
This suite can be divided into three areas making it the perfect venue to
accommodate traditional ceremonies, pre-wedding parties and elaborate
wedding celebrations.
WORK WITH YOUR CHOSEN CATERER
We work with a carefully chosen caterer, who can provide you with an
authentic Asian menu. However, if this doesn’t meet your required taste then
we welcome you to bring in your own caterer who will be able to provide you
with your culinary preferences, giving you peace of mind.
PACKAGE TO INCLUDE
Room hire for 12 hours (between the hours of 6am & midnight)
Use of our extensive kitchen facilities
Complimentary car parking for up to 200 cars
Small changing room
Pitch side photography if required (subject to availability)
Set up & breakdown of the suite
Hire of tables & chairs
White or black table linen & napkins
Cutlery, Crockery & Glassware
Starter plate – Knife & fork
Main plate – Knife & fork
Dessert plate – Spoon, fork & teaspoon

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Integrated PA system
Use of plasma screens for still images
Dance floor to a maximum 33ft x 33ft
Staging platforms to a maximum 20ft x16ft
A bar facility for the service of draught lager, bitter & Guinness is available,
minimum of two bar staff with a minimum spend of £350 (number of bar staff
dependant on number of guests)
Coloured napkins are available to suit your colour scheme at a cost of 70p
per napkin
Breakfast - For those that wish to start the day with a breakfast for their
guests the Final Whistle is available at a room hire charge of £350 to include
hire of tables & chairs, table linen, paper napkins, knife, spoon, plate & glass
Re-set of suite - The main suite can be relayed during the day at a cost of £250
/ £500 depending on level of requirements
CIVIL CEREMONIES
In addition we are delighted to have been granted a license to hold Civil
Wedding Ceremonies and can host between 50 and 500 guests.
