Access and download files on the Jam DAM using your Workstation login!

Go to marketing.jamberry.com NOTE: You can also access the Jam DAM through the Worksta-tion under ‘Resources & Training’ > ‘Image Library’.

Do I need a login or password to download files? Yes, you will need to login using your Workstation credentials in order to access and download files. See above for details on creating and logging into your Jam DAM account.

How do I find images?You can browse to find the files you are looking for by clicking Galleries in the top navigation. From there, use the left navigation to browse through nested levels, or, use the Search function to look for a specific image.

Log in using your Workstation credentials.4.

Once logged in, you will be redirected back to the Jam DAM homepage and you’re ready to start browsing!

How do I download an image or video file?To download an individual file, click the Download icon on the bottom right of the Gallery thumbnail view or the single file view. Please note, when downloading from the Search Result, the Download button will be located in the left side navigation.

Select the size of the file you'd like to download. Please note, if you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to enter your login credentials before selecting your download options.

Can I download multiple images or an entire collection?Yes, you can simultaneously download multiple files from the thumbnail view.Click Download in the lower right corner.1.

Select the files you'd like to download, or click ‘Select All’ at the bottom left.2.

Select your desired size and click Continue in the lower right corner. Again, please note, if you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to enter your login credentials before selecting your download options. Select your desired size and click Continue.

Click the link on the following page to initiate your download of a ZIP file of those files. Please note very large selections will be broken apart into several ZIP files. The download time will vary based on the number of files, the size of the files, and your Internet connection.

How do I search for a specific image? The file search allows you to search by keywords, date, location and more.• Click Search on the Portal navigation bar.• Enter your search parameters. The search is an "AND" search and will require all the fields you list to present. If the search doesn't return results, try entering fewer fields or toggling the Find Results field.

Why won’t my video download to my phone? Depending on your device, downloading .mp3 video files may require a 3rd party app. You can find several free apps that let you download .mp3 files in the App Store or we suggest downloading these files on another device such as a computer. Please see Best Practices below for a guide to sizing.
