DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS TYING INTO OR GOVERNED BY EXISTING CONSTRUCTION ARE APPROXIMATE AND ARE NOT PURPORTED TO BE CORRECT. ALL SUCH DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE FIELD VERIFIED BY THE CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO PERFORMING, PREPARING SHOP DRAWINGS, OR ORDERING MATERIALS.
