Meet Terri Lynn Calhoun…Terri Lynn was born into a family legacy with roots tracing its way back six generations in livestock and agriculture. The Howard family name was mounted on iron Texas gates in Falls, Waller and Robinson Counties.

Terri Lynn is no stranger to the western lifestyle or the west-ern industry. For over 26 years; she has been a competitor, a ranch hand, a publisher, a country radio disc jockey, a tack designer, a mother of two young cowboys and a rancher’s wife.

Terri Lynn launched a saddle and tack business with her father Bob Howard in 2010. It was an exciting young brand that she and her dad not only created but also grew together for six years. Acting as lead designer and ultimately President of the company, Terri Lynn garnered most of her knowledge about creativity, design, leadership and business while there. In 2013, Parker County Today Magazine named her one of the “Top 100 People to Know”. This honor was deeply appreciated and still drives her to this day. With the passing of her father, Terri Lynn was forced to take a detour from the company she developed and with that Rafter T Ranch Co. was born.

Terri Lynn’s vision for Rafter T Ranch Co. is to create and sell beautifully crafted tack and accessories that not only keep up with the trends of today but also set new trends for tomorrow. The Rafter T brand is shaped to look like an arrow. This is not by coincidence; it is intended to represent the direction to which we must aim to travel. Arrows only shoot one way. The Rafter T brand is made to symbolize the notion of never looking back…Just launch forward and do your best and overcome all obstacles placed in your path.

The Rafter T Ranch Co. culture is based on a strong sense of family and traditional values. Terri Lynn now lives happily on a horse and cattle ranch in Parker County alongside of her best friend and husband. Her two boys remain her most proud accomplishments and her new extended family of children and grandchildren motivate her each day to stay focused and on course. Dealer Requirements:Opening orders must be a minimum of $1,000. Opening orders must be paid by COD or credit card, unless approved by RafterT Admin. Authorized dealers must have a retail store open to the walk-in buying public with regular daily store hours.

Internet Sales:Rafter T requests that each item placed on an ecommerce site by a retailer also be in inventory.

Backorders:Rafter T Ranch Company will make every attempt to keep all products in stock. How-ever, if an item is not in stock at the time of shipping, the unshipped items will be placed on backorder and sent at a later date.

Warranty and Returns:All Rafter T products come with a 100% guarantee of quality. If you are not absolutely satisfied with the materials or craftsmanship, you may call for a return authorization number within 30 days of receiving the item and a merchandise credit will be placed on your account. We do not accept returns for custom made items, sale, clearance, closeout or special order items. We do not refund your original shipping charges

Drop Shipments:Rafter T is happy to provide a service to our retailers for drop shipping. Each drop ship request will have a $5 handling charge added to the order.

NSF Payments and Late Payment Fees:All returned checks are subject to a $50 NSF fee. Rafter T will charge a late payment fee of 10% to ALL customers 60 days or more. At 30 days and 45 days, a reminder statement will be mailed.

MAP Pricing:Rafter T Ranch Co. has established a minimum advertised price and manufacturer’s sug-gested retail price on each item in the Rafter T Ranch Co inventory. Our active retailers should not advertise any item on the internet, in a catalog or print ad at any price lower than 90% of MSRP.

Country of Origin:Rafter T works with multiple manufacturers to develop the entire product line. Retailers must refer to USC 1304 Title 19 for more information as to the responsibilities to main-tain the COO label on all merchandise.
