“Programme is beneficial in providing the tools and the confidence to actively progress within the organisation. It highlighted the importance of branding and visibility and while networking might not come naturally it is of vital importance to progress a career either internally or externally. The programme also helped in exposing me to different elements of the business and growing my business acumen being a legacy Wyeth Colleague within the Nutrition division. I would recommend the programme to female colleagues”.

“This program is the evidence of Pfizer's willingness to give equal opportunities to men and women. It is built in a very smart way that enabled us to take practical actions to improve our life both as a woman and a leader. I am really grateful to Pfizer to have enabled me to attend this program”.

“This program not only highlighted key areas that help develop future leaders but also provided an environment that was safe and constituted of industry leaders and high performing Pfizer colleagues with diverse experience to enable experimentation and discussion on issues and challenges openly. It was a rewarding experience and I have built a network of very able women across Pfizer that I can go to for advice, help or just a conversation”.

This program gives an excellent insight in how we work as a leader, where our strengths are and how we can do better. But even more, it also brings colleagues from so many different countries and units together, which is extremely inspiring and encouraging and helps a lot in challenging times. It brings us closer together and shows us the opportunities that are out there and how we can do the best in our daily job. I not only met wonderful colleagues, I also found friends and I hope, this will be further developed.

“Covering a range of issues that face women in the workplace, this program is essential for developing our female talent into the leaders of tomorrow”.

“The course was a fantastic opportunity for us as female leaders to understand the value and diversity that female leadership brings to the business. It also helped us to develop the areas which are typically less developed and was an amazing opportunity to make true connections with colleagues across diverse business platforms”.
