Order/PaymentPayment must be fully paid in advance after confirmation. All deposits paid are nonrefundable.

Change/Cancellation of Order- No cancellation of order is accepted and all flowers/plants/goods sold are nonexchangeable and non-refundable.- If you wish to change your order, a notification of 48 hours is required for bouquets/ baskets; and 2 weeks notice is required for wedding or other floral decoration arrangements.- All orders made by e-mail/online will be confirmed within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

Delivery- Delivery charge is base on the accurate delivery address.- We will try to accommodate the requested delivery time but will be subject to traffic situations.

Others- Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers/arrangements shown in the catalogue are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or greater value may be necessary.- As flowers are natural products, colours may vary from that shown in the catalogue/photo reference.
