During Open Studio, participants may choose their materials and content for their artwork. Opportunities to paint, make ceramics, rag dolls and weaving are just a few examples of what is possible. Individuals can experience the support of the group and explore their creative side as a means to strengthen and regenerate personal well-being. WEIGHT MANAGEMENT F N H Accountability is a key component of weight loss and longterm weight maintenance. Weight management is a peer-led information group where participants are encouraged to create and share weight loss goals, successes and obstacles under the guidance of a registered dietitian. Discussion will also center around current nutrition trends and topics. Weekly weigh-ins are encouraged but not mandatory. Death is not an easy subject to talk about or think about. In many ways, it is our ultimate fear. But what if contemplating our mortality allowed us to live more fully? This is a monthly series to discuss the challenges of end of life including practical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. This workshop is intended for patients, providers, and caregivers.
