a. Remove 900/2.9 handler. b. Depress latch and lift cover.

Depress Black and Red buttons. Insert fiber until it stops. Release buttons.
Cycle Red Button once. Press Blue Button.
Check cleave length against guide.
Hold scrap fiber and pressRed Button to remove.

Step 4: Depress red and Black buttons and load handler with fiber into cleaver.
Step 5: Cycle Red button once.

Step 6: Press Blue button. Step 7: press Black button and slide handler out of the cleaver.

Cleaver is producing bad cleaves or breaking fibers.
1. Debris in the clamps 1. Clean the clamps per the instructions.

7.1. Opening Cleaver for Cleaning or MaintenanceTo open depress latch and lift cover. Depress latch while pressing firmly to close.

7.2. CleaningWipe three places with fiber wipes and cleaning fluid. Aggressively clean scrap pad if experiencing fiber breaks
7.3. Replacing BladeStep 1: remove two screws, blade block,
and blade with blade pin.Step 2: replace blade and reuse blade
pin.
