I APPOINTMENT

2.4 ln addition to the moming posting clinical schedule from 10:00 am to l:00 pm, evening clinical postingof students pm fiom 6:00 pm to 8:00 is mandatory for the doctors/faculty /residenti per as institutiteaching schedule.

J. DUTIES

{. PAY}IENT OT SALARY

4.1 Salary wiu be credited in employee's accounl of Canara Bank, RMRI Branch Bareilly only, in thesecond week of each month for which he/she has to submit his account detail to the HR section.

4.2 Annual increment will be released taking into consideration performance their (confidential report cR)submifted by the superior authority to the Dean.

4.3 The payment ofhister salary shall be subject lo the deductions oflncome-tax (TDS), ifapplicable.

4.4 All employees will b€ required to deposit one month salary as security. Altemately, they may use theoption ofdeduction of r0% oftheir sarary every month to buird the security deposit ofone monih salary.The Security Deposit will be refunded at the lime ofproper relieving.

6.2.3 Medical Leave will be allowed to be availed on submission of Medical Certificate. Further, a fitnesscertificate from the designated authority produced will have to be after availing the medical leave at thetime ofjoining.

6.3 Conference Leave

6.3.1 Any faculty in the capacity ofAssistant Professor or atrove will be allowed conference leave once in an(1n year academic July to period 30rh June), for the ofthe conference.

6.3.2 Conference should be approved by MCI with along the credit hours.

6.3.3 This leave year can be availed after one service in the Institute.

6.3.4 Conference leave shall be sanctioned on submission photocopy of a of the Seminar/Conferenceinvitation Schedule and Registmtion receipt along with the leave form.

6,6 Mrtertrity t4rve

6.6.I Matemity Leave wiu p€rmitted be only after yea$ completion oftwo continuous service at RMRI.

6.6.2 The Matemity leave will be allowed only for two children.

6.6.4 Ifany employee has got already two children beforcjoininS, she will not be entitled for matemi6/ leave.

6.6.5 On applying matemity leave, the employee has to submit a Bond to continue her service at least for oneyear from the date ofher rejoining.

6.7 Vrcrtiotr Summer & Winter Vrcstion

6.7.1 Summer winter granted & vacations will be to the faculty memberc, per as institute academic calendar,year afier completion ofone continuous service.

6.7.2 T'herc will be total of 16 summer winter & Vacations in an academic year depending on academicper calendar ofthe Institute as the notification issued by the Dean.

6.7.3 Summer & winter vacation will only be allowed after recommendation of concemed HOD prior& approval of the Dean. Summer & Winter vacations will be permitted in two phases of time, in adepartmenl. In any case minimum 50% of faculty members must be available in the department duringthis vacation period.

HOLIDAYS

Instilulion follows per annual holiday as given list hereunder. Howevet the employee present has to be forcelebration of Republic Day on 26th January and flag hoisting ceremony on l5th August compulsorily.

8. ACCOMMODATION

8.1 In campus, semi fumished accommodation will p.ovided be to the faculty membervResidenls p€ras availability.

8.2 Electricity charges will be bome by the employee per as their useymeter rcadiog.

8 3 All the items issued in the accommodation proper shall be retumed in condition, to the authorities oftheinstitute. Any damage ofthe items may cause cash recovery ofthat item.

8.4 All employees shall keep their accommodation neat & clean.

8.5 Alcohol & non vegetarian prohibited fu is strictly in the canpus.

9. TRANSPORTATION

9.1 provide lnstitute will per Bus facility as institute timing only. Except bus facility, employee will not beenlilled for any fr€€ transportalion.

9.2 In exceptional circumstances, if Bus facility is not available, due to any reasons, employee will maketheir own tmnsportation arrangement.

9.3 Except for duty holrs, Transportation given may be on chargeable basis, ifavailable.

10.4 Working hours may vary in different Institutions /Depaflments and areas like hospital and researchcenter. Because the Hospital musl opemte for 24 hours a day and seven days a week basis, employeesmay be required to work at iregular hours, day and/orworking hours assigned lo them.

I0.5 All employees shall be required to attend to any emergency or other urgent duties outside their regularhours of work including Sundays and holidays if required. They shall be entitled to an ixtraremuneration for such work or comp€nsatory Time off at the discretion of lhe management or as

post directed for each at the time ofappointment.

10.6 Employees on shifu duty shallcontinue to b€ on duty until relieved by the employee ofthe next shift.

10.7 AII employees shall mark their attendanc€ by signing in their respective Attendance Register and /orput print finger in Biometric Machine installed in the Insttute.

10.8 An employee shall devote his/her full time to the duties assigned to him from time to time. He/sheshould punctual be and attend their duties in time.

10.9 No employee shall enter into any monetary transactions with patient/student any or any agency onbehalfof the institute or shall exe( his/her influence p€rsonal to meet needs. Also no employee shallconduct personal his./her matters in such a manner that he/she incurc a debt beyond hister means.

10.10 The employees shall conform to all rules and regulaiions, in force from time to time and shall obey allother lawful orderyinshuctions/directions ofthe Dean/MS as given are to him/her in connection withthe day to day discharge of h is/her duties.

l0.l I In case ofany change in hister address/contact no. during the course ofemployment, it shall be his/herduty to intimate the same in writing to the Dean within seven days from the date ofsuch a change.

proceedings disciplinary against him and take such action as considered necessary.

10.13 He/she shall not utilize or divulge any secrets or office affairs ofthe Institute and shall safeguard theinterest ofthe lnstitute at all times.

10.14 He/She shall not abstain himselffrom hi$ter duties wilhout leave or without the prior permission ofthe/Head Dean or person any other assigned.

10.15 It is compulsory for every employee to attend the Flag program Hoisting on 26lh January and l5rhAugust. person lf a doesn't attend progmm, the he/she will be rreated (leave as absent without pay) forthe same.

10.16 No employee willcause physical injury to his/her student, fellow or any other employee.

10.17 An employee who remains absent for one week without any information or varid reason shall bedeemed to have relinquished hivher services. His services will be terminated without giving any notice.

lo.lE If an employee being guilty found of misconduct by violating any of the conditions of hivherappointment, hister services shall be liable to be terminated forthwith wi$out anv notice orcompensation in lieu ofnotice whatsoever.

ll.l A Teacher is supposed to carry out all academic activities which include teaching, research,examination, paper setting for examination, evaluation of theory/practical copies, to cond;ct practicalexamination, invigilation duties etc. He/she may be assigned administrative d;ties in addition; hiyheracademic duties and no additionar payment wirr be made wherever excepl a +owed as colege rrer university norms.

11.2 A Teacher is expected to record, wherever required by the Regulation, Registers and all Academicmarks of their students from panicularly time to time, at the reopning ofthe Institutionycolleges andal the end of the term/semester for lnstitulions/Colleges. Each year teacher must supply all statisticaland other data required by the Head ofthe Institution.

I1.3 In addition to normal class-room duties, the teacher shall co-operate carefully and faithfully with theHead of the [nstitution and other Members of the Teaching promotion Staff in of an atmospher€ ofacademic excellence performance and in the of extra duties and devoting extra time which is requiredfor lhe welfare ofthe student and/or general.the Inslitution in

l2.l In case ofa teacher resigning from service, he/she will not ordinarily be relieved from the assignmentduring the academic session.

12.2 During period, service the appointment can be terminated without assigning any reason by giving twomonth's notice paying or by two month's s6lary in Iieu ofnotice from either side for the employee.

l2.J An employee can resign from his,4ler giving service by two month,s notice or depositing two month'ssalary in lieu thereof.

12.4 An who employee has resigned will normally not be offered employment again. lf in an exceptionalcase, any employee is re-appointed, it will be treated as a fresh appointment.

12.5 No type will ofleave be allowed during the notice period ofthe employee.

12.6 During the notice period, the employee shall have to handover complete ch&ges of his post toHoD/other designated authorily recommended by the institute authorities, including office records andother items issued to him by the institute.

12.7 If any employee leaves thejob without following proper the procedure relievin& of he may be deniedissuance ofthe experience certificate and his s€curity deposit may be forfeited.

IJ. SUSPINSI TION

l3.l person lfa is found guilty, he/she will placed be under suspension. An Enquiry will be conducted byinstitutional disciplinary committee / enquiry commiftee against him,/her for finding the facts. He wiilcontinue to be under suspension till completion ofthe Enquiry and final decision taken by the cornpetentauthority on the basis of Enquiry Report. During the period, suspension such an employee will makehimself/herself available for signing the attendance register daily.

13.2 Member of the staff under suspension shall be entitled to a subsistence allowance of such amount nolless lhan one third pay ofhis,/her and not more than one halfofhis/her pay as the suspending authoritymay direct.

13.3 ln the event ofan employee being found guilty ofmisconduct by violating any of the conditions ofhi$fter appointmenl his/her services shall be liable to be terminated fonhwith without any notice orcompensation in lieu whalsoever.ofnotice

13.4 The s€rvices of the employee shall be terminated if the duly constituted Enquiry Committee hasestablished and proved charges against him. No notice & compensation will given be in such cases.

13.5 The appointing autho ty shall have powerto the rerminate{he services ofany employee.
