Greetings NJ FBLA Members and Advisers,

The State Officer Team has decided to implement an exciting change to this year’s Regional Competitive Events. For the first time, we will be introducing FBLA’s Got Talent. FBLA’s Got Talent will serve as a substitute for the Trivia Challenge held at the previous regional events. As a team we feel that this change will be a fun way to further participate at the RCE. So here’s how it works! -Each region will have 15 performance slots. Slots will be filled on a first come first serve basis.-Each performance can last for a maximum of 3 minutes.-The first place and runner up performances will be given awards. First place will receive a foam finger (for each member in the performance) and certificate (also for each member in the performance) while second place will receive only a certificate (for each member in the performance).-The top 8 performances (the first place and runner up performances from each region) will go on to perform at the State Leadership Conference in March.-Winners will be decided through a ballet passed out to the local chapter voting delegates.- A registration form for participation MUST be filled out and submitted prior to Regionals. Remember, the 15 performance slots are filled on a first come first serve basis. For everyone interested, just go for it! It’s a fun way to pass time with the other people in your region. Think of a talent and performance, sign up, and have a great time doing it!
