Consequent upon the joining of Mrs. Vijay Lakshmi, Section Officer (G), the work

of General Administration is allocated as follows:­

1. Smt. Vijay Lakshmi, Section Officer (G)

Work related to Vigilance, Legal, Court Cases, Recruitment, Promotion & Assessment,

MACP, Parliament questions, Service matters, Stipend bills of JRF!SRF, Recruitment and

other work related to Project Assistants, Maintaining of CL!RH records of staff, Training

Programme, Exam. Duty, Telephone Bills reimbursement, RTI matters etc.

Shri Anil Kumar, ASO, Shri Manish Mehta, ASO and Smt. Sunita Arora, Sr. Steno. will

report to Mrs. Vijay Lakshmi who will re-allocate the work to her staff.

2. Shri Brij Bihari, Section Officer (G)

Work not mentioned above is assigned to Shri Brij Bihari.

Shri N.A. Khan, ASO, Sh. Mohd. Idrees, ASO, Shri Surinder Pal, ASO, Shri Pretesh Kumar,

ASO, Shri Pukhraj, Sr. Steno., Sl11t. Inderjeet Kaur, Sr. Steno. and Shri Dheeraj Pal, Lab.

Asstt. will report to Shri Brij Bihari who will re-allocate the work to his staff.

In addition to above, Shri Brij Bihari will continue to function as DDO of the Institute.

3, Smt. Vijay Lakshmi will attend the duties of Shri Brij Bihari in his absence and

vice-versa.
