PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT
To use the skills that I have learned thus far and to learn
new skills in order to fulfill my career goals. This will then
help me be successful throughout my life.
ELEVATOR SPEECH
“I am currently a junior at Northwood University majoring in
Advertising and Marketing with a minor in Hospitality. At
Northwood, I am involved in the Northwood University
Hospitality Enterprise as secretary, a member of the 40th
Annual Stafford Dinner Board as Procurement Chair, and a
member of DECA as well. Over the past six summers, I have
worked at Misty Bay Boutique, a women’s clothing store in
Put-In-Bay, Ohio. I feel that I have learned good customer
service skills. I think that with being with a company for six
years shows a strong level of commitment. I can see myself
working in hotel marketing or tourism. I would be able to use
the skills that I have learned and learn even more.”
