PLC Touch Screen, Computerized orStandard Relay ModelsThe PLC F•19TM Touch Screen maximizesproductivity with fast setup times, graphicalinterface and improved maintenance diagnostics. The Touch Screen eliminatesswitches and control buttons which minimizes potential intrusion points forwater or product.

The PLC Touch Screen offers up to 100product codes, all with preprogrammed orcustom fill modes. It features multi-lingualdisplays, plus sequence, productivity, system pressure and internal maintenancediagnostics.

Positive Feed HopperProduct is automatically fed to the pump box. Feed screws, timed alternately “on and off ” eliminate tumbling or overworking and preservetexture. Accepts cold, highly extended orsticky formations without bridging. The Positive Feed Hopper has a 525 pound(239 kilo) capacity.

High Speed Mold Plate DriveIndependent of the hydraulic forming system, the mold plate drive’s 15 HP (11.3 KW) motor powers the F•19TM to working speeds of 25 to 75 strokes perminute. Mold plates from 3/16" (4.7 mm)to 1" (25 mm) thickness can be used.

Hydraulic Injection Forming SystemThe Hydraulic Injection forming system precisely controls product flow of each filling cycle, assuring accurate fills and consistent weight control. Convenientlylocated dial and pressure gauge make iteasy to adjust forming pressure from 35-250 PSI (2.5-17.5 Bar) for accuracy.

Quick and Easy ChangeoversA lift system raises the mold cover allowingthe mold plate and knock-out cup assembliesto be changed quickly and easily. Production Flexibility

Can be easily changed from “stack andcount” to IQF production for use with flatbelt and spiral “in-line” freezers.

Optional Paper Feed System papers freshproduct and stacks uniformly in tight formation on the conveyor. Papers productat 25-75 strokes per minute and electronicallycounts and stacks them from 1-24 portionsper stack up to 4 1/2" (114 mm) high.Paper hoppers can be refilled without interrupting production; paper hopper, vacuum bar and vacuum cups are easilyremoved to change sizes. Eight standardpaper sizes up to 6" (152 mm).

Hygienically-Friendly Design Sealed stainless steel cabinets are equippedwith a blower to reduce humidity and control temperature. Push button controlsmove heavy parts to clean up position. A single person can easily remove partsand prepare for sanitation.
