The integration of all of these sub-systems creates a challenge in an aggressive aircraft development and certificationprogram.ToaddresstheneedsofHondaJetsys-tems integration and sub-system functional testing, HACI has developed one of the most high-tech systems integration facilities in commercial aviation today – the Advanced Systems Integration Test Facility (ASITF).

ASITF was a critical (if not the most critical) tool to reach •theFirstFlightofthefirstproductionconformingHonda-JetaircraftfromsoftwareflightclearancepointofviewASITFcontinuestobetheprimarytoolforflightclearance•of any new systems software at HACIASITFwillsignificantlyacceleratethesystemsmaturity•development to achieve full HondaJet type design level systems.
