FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL OverviewStreet Eats was established in 2012 and quickly became the largest gathering of food trucks in the southwest. Over 70 food trucks and 35,000 attendees will come together to celebrate gourmet street food and dish out just about every type of cuisine imaginable.
