February 2011: Welcome

What’s up all,

If January was anything to go by, this month’s edition brings you a

collection of some of the strangest articles that you may ever see.

From movies to stolen police cars, and people being cemented—

it’s all to read for! In addition, there’s a special section on some of

the clans and groups that are present in VC:MP today.

Enjoy. :)

Legend

A special thanks goes out to everyone that has been supportive of this project so far, and

of course to the VC:MP Community as a whole.

Vice City, despite being able to boast famous landmarks such as the InterGlobal Films - a multi-

media complex, situated on Prawn Island - its movie industry has often suffered, and has not

been a great source of entertainment… until now!

With newer names taking over this particular market, it seems that the film world of Vice may

get back up on its feet once again. Vice has always been known for its diversity, and this spring,

expect to see new faces on your screen, from new directors such as Morphine, DaniGold and

GreenEye. Similarly, older projects including the UniVice Productions may be rejuvenated.

Bellow are a number of old and new movies; courtesy of their individual creators.

The city’s latest stunt craze? Not quite.

A woman (by the name of Verz), work-

ing in an office on the 29th floor of a

Downtown skyscraper called her recep-

tionist, claiming that she was seeing

things and was going to head home due

to “work fatigue”.

As the receptionist put the phone

down and turned to face the window, to

her amazement she found herself star-

ing at the very scene that the apparently

fatigued woman had described. Incredibly, there was what seemed like police car, revving its en-

gines on a rooftop across from the skyscraper—sirens fully on. Opposite it was a helicopter, hov-

ering dangerously between the city buildings. Immediately, the police were called (who, later

found that they were missing one of their Cruisers), but not before a nearby CCTV camera

(snapshot above) managed to capture the car, plummeting over a helicopter and onto the

ground below. “This is mostly likely the result of a party which got slightly out of hand”, men-

tioned a health and safety advisor.

Early in the morning, as the dawn ap-

proached, the emergency services received a

very peculiar call, insisting that there was a car

stuck in the middle of the road. At first, a gen-

eral police vehicle was sent, as it was estab-

lished from the call that it must be some sort

of vehicle breakdown.

The emergency services were astonished to

find that a car was literally ‘stuck in the road’.

A patchwork of settling cement and concrete

surrounded the four seater vehicle.

The vehicle seemed to be half submerged in the mixture strewn across the road, protruding upwards, its

front end in some sort of a hole. Even more alarming still was the fact that the emergency team attending

the call found a man strapped in the front seat of the car—already dead.

It is unknown how this strange incident came to be, but is presumed that some form of violence must have

taken place late at night. No official statements have been released.
