Summary Real estate investment in Hermosa Beach residential properties in February produced 9 closed escrows and a 16.67% decrease in the median days to sell. During this time, however, the median sales price dropped 22.99%, net listings fell 27.12% and the sales-listing ratio contracted 11.81%. Year-over-year months of inventory increased 150% from February 2016 to 2017.

In February, C.A.R. reported “Existing, single-family home sales totaled 420,100 in January on a seasonally adjusted annualized rate, up 2.1 percent from December and 4.4 percent from January 2016.” http://www.car.org/aboutus/mediacenter/newsreleases/2017releases/jan2017sales?view=Standard
