When you have a greatcoaching session, don’t you feel like you belong exactly where you are? toward who they really want to be. This is what excites me. When we can helppeople grow into their best selves, no matter what type of coaching; we make theworld a better place. It’s like dropping a pebble into a pond. Our clients touch otherpeople in a different way, a more positive way. Then those people have a betterimpact on the world and the ripples continue.

At ICF Philadelphia, we want to help you create lots of ripples. This month we havethree programs to brag about.

After you have enjoyed your Valentine’s Day chocolate, learn about the ICF’s newCore Competency Model with our competency expert, Lynn Meinke. She’ll beleading a session this month, and continuing through the year, to help you makesure that your coaching meets these new standards.

Make and keep your coaching practice vibrant by using the best business skills. Weare thrilled to have a partnership with Jeff St.Laurant, a business coach, author andowner of the business “Selling Coaching.” Jeff is having a FREE session via Zoom! Please come and learn. If you like what you hear, sign up for the five part BusinessDevelopment Series.

If you haven’t experienced Ken Giglio’s Supervision program, you don’t know howmuch you are missing. Ken runs a Zoom call every month in which he helpscoaches think through their cases and view them from different perspectives. It’samazing how much you can learn through this process. If you haven’t participatedyet, I urge you to try it out.

February might be a short month, but it can be full of rewards. I hope you all useand grow your coaching skills to make this month even better, for you and theworld. Keep those ripples flowing!

Based on the research of Dr. Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically basedcourage-building program...what Brené refers to as a “skill-based playbook forleaders.” The most significant finding from her latest research is that courage is notan inherent quality (you either have it or you don’t) but rather it is a collection of fourskill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable.

Through engaging group work, small group sharing, individual reflections, andfacilitated discussion (all introduced by video teachings from Brené), you'll get this'courage work' in your bones. Not only will it change how you work and lead, you'llbecome a better spouse, parent, and friend... you'll be more courageous in all areasof your life.
