  • National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Funds are split between state and regional boards (40%) and the national office (60%). Program Divisions at the national level are: Literature & Arts Education, Multidisciplinary Arts, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, and Partnerships. Partnerships are essential.
