Stillwater, OK for $4.00 hr (wet)
I love all airplanes, but if there was a “worst” one, this was it. Comparing to an Aeronca Champ
would be like comparing a Chinese built car to a Ferrari

1952: Ron Judy & Tom Watson in C-172
Tom Watson was my constant flying companion who would go on to become a Navy pilot for 10 years, retiring as a Delta Captain. Tom spent so much time at the
airport that he nearly flunked out of school. He wrote when I was overseas that he was
on probation due to a grade point of 0.9. His major was in Geography. A tough one!!!

2000: Panel in Navion N8915H. I had it powdercoated and all lettering silkscreened.
I installed and wired all of the avionics and autopilot with interfacing between all of the black boxes myself. This is my favorite kind of work and
anyone can do it if they will read the schematics and be patient.
