• OPEN DATA COLLECTION TIME – Oct 8, 2018 – Dec 7, 2018
Please Note: This count is required – check the box ”No” if student
population is not served.

Who reports? LEAs / Charter Schools receiving Title I funds What is collected? October Headcount - Oct 8, 2018 – Dec 7, 2018 - Count by grade level of children served with Title I, Part D (NC consolidates Title I, Part D Subpart II funds into one allocation under Title I, Part A)

Why is it collected? Reported to the USED and included in the CEDARS report
