Federal Law Enforcement
● Radio traffic will be random or limited due to encryption.● Program the frequencies with open tone and open to digital/analog.● Use PL/DPL Search. Sometimes code used will help identify agency.● Look for local frequencies by using custom service search.● Don’t be shocked if you hear communications in the clear. Encryption can
reduce range so the alternative is running in the clear.
