Service The standard of service for which we strive is 24 hour in factory for most custom products. Orders received by 12:00 noon EST will be shipped on the next day. Stock and custom Xstampers, along with all the other products manufactured by FESSCO, are combined to minimize freight expense and expedite delivery. Large orders or special order items will be shipped based on time quoted.

Shipping Standards and Drop ShipsWe provide UPS ground and USPS to your location, our choice. At no extra charge, we offer consolidated shipping days to you for your convenience and to lower your freight costs. To guarantee faster service and tracking to you, we provide drop shipping to your customer.

PricesAll prices are subject to change without notice.

ProofsWe will provide a proof on large or special orders at your request. Proofs can also be created by you on our website. All other proofs will be provided at a charge of $5.00 per proof.

Remakes & Order Change PolicyRemakes will be han-dled on an individual order basis. To protect

our dealers, we will cover any dealer error on photopolymer stamps. Changes will be accept-ed prior to beginning production. Costs incurred for changes after beginning produc-tion are the responsibility of the dealer.

ReturnsPrior approval is required for any returns on stock and special order stock items. A 20% restocking charge will be applied to resaleable items approved for return. Credit will be issued upon receipt of mer-chandise if approval has been issued. We cannot issue credit for custom-made items.

How To Order From FESSCOOrdering by FAX trans-mission, email or our web site are the preferred methods of ordering for speed, accuracy and convenience. When sending a FAX, please include a cover sheet showing your name, company and the number of items ordered and pages sent.

Signatures must be signed three times on an unlined white sheet of paper, fine point pen and the actual size you want the stamp to be. When choosing a mount size, please make sure to account for all up and down strokes.

Artwork and logos need to be a minimum of 300 DPI in a .tiff, .jpeg or .bmp file and can be emailed. Pantone or any other special colors should be included with the order or digital file. Artwork setup charge may apply on certain items.

We maintain a vast set of template files for all state Notaries, Engineers and Architects. To ensure the proper layout, FAX or email a sample when-ever possible.

For all stamps, select a mount, select a layout or type style from the samples on pages 6-7 or provide a sample. When ordering a pre-inked or self-inking stamp, please select an ink color. If no color is selected, we will choose black. Daters can be ordered in two colors. If no style is specified, 12 point Swiss Gothic (12A) is considered standard.

For engraved products, state the color of the holder, if applicable, and the color of the plate. If required, choose the backing or fastener from page 31.

For embossing seals, indicate from which direction seal will be applied. For example: from the top, bottom, left or right.

Pullman numberers are rugged, metal-frame stamps which are durable enough for heavy industrial applications. Available in figure sizes from 1/8" to 11/4" tall in assemblies of 2 bands up to 22 bands, depending upon the size of characters. Standard bands are Roman style,

Quick Dry Stamps

FESSCO Quick Dry Stamps. No stamp pad needed. Ink is contained in the die. Re-Inkable directly onto the back of the die. This allows for accelerated ink migration and avoids clogged cartridge pores. Great for stamping on all non-porous surfaces, such as metal, plastic, glossy brochures and photographs. Impression will dry in 45-60 seconds.

Here is the how to:When not being used, we strongly recommend replacing the cap and storing the stamp in the plastic bag provided. Even then these stamps will dry out each 2-3 months. So, refill ink should be considered with each stamp purchase. Good for industrial applications. QD ink – dries in 45-60 seconds.

These .002" strong flexible tags are furnished in scuff-resistant polyester material with special press-on adhesive that resists removal. Tags are over-laminated for maximum durability and come in black and white like pictured samples. Tags are consecutively numbered with numbers printed in black, with an option of also having them bar coded.

Signs in public places that identify rooms, give general circulation direction or emergency information must be easy for all users to read. As a provision of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, certain Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) must be observed in the manufacture of these signs.

When a seal must imprint a greater number of lines and letters or an intricate logo, the embossing dies must “stretch” more paper to make a clear impression. The seal body must be able to withstand the pressure required to do this. Lighter weight seal frames such as standard pocket or desk seals are usually not heavy duty enough for such demanding work.

Information needed to place an Order for vinyl letters: 1. Whether the vinyl letters are to have adhesive on the back

(regular cut) or reverse cut, where the adhesive is on the front of the letters. Reverse cut vinyl letters would be mounted on the inside of clear glass to be read from the outside.

The Bradshaw family purchased FESSCO in 1978, after having thoroughly researched the Company’s growth potential as well as its target mar-kets. Our wholesale customers are primarily office supply companies who derive significant profits through the resell of our product line.

FESSCO’s impressive customer base is the office products dealer. It is important to note that the office supply industry is extremely demanding in terms of the broad product line we must carry, the service level we must maintain and the extensive product knowledge we must provide. Furthermore, we must utilize every available technology in order to minimize our costs, while adhering to a strict production schedule that provides 24 hour turnaround on most products and 48 hour turnaround on others.

Our family’s desire to offer customers the highest quality products in the industry was realized in 2001 when FESSCO was awarded the opportunity to become a manufacturing partner of Shachihata’s Xstamper line of products.
