Do you have any physical problems that interfere withyour sexual functioning?

In general, has the sensation in your genitals decreased?

Has your clitoral sensation/feeling during sexualstimulation decreased?

Has your vaginal sensation/feeling during sexualstimulation decreased?

Has the amount of your vaginal lubrication associatedwith sexual stimulation decreased?
