DESCRIPTION
The broad practice of this year's AUCB illustration graduates is celebrated in their ecclectic end of year show 'Feral'. This catalogue accompanies the exhibition; part of Free Range Art & Design show 2012 at The Old Truman Brewery. Equipped with the ability to engage with the world, comment, add and make us stop and think this driven group of young creatives are set to make waves, continuing to challenge and interrogate preconceptions as they are launched into the creative industry this year. These early career illustrators are pioneers at the ‘Wild Frontier’. They are creative movers and shakers and the breadth and diversity of their practice reflects this exciting movement within illustration practice. They are perfectly positioned to explore the synergy of the contemporary blurring of Art and Design subject boundaries. These illustrators are going to nourish and regenerate the creative industries with their enthusiasm, passion and extensive skills. They are able to engage with the world, comment, add and make us stop and think.
