• Integrated sea container shipping operations allow the Company to export scrap materials to international brokers

• Operate only shredder in the Miami market• In June 2009 FPT began partial shutdown of Miami facility

• Imposed by the city of Miami in order to extend Miami Intermodal Metrorail over property

• Disruption to Miami facility to be concluded by January 2012

• FPT received $9.5 million from the city of Miami in compensation for disrupted operations and amortized in FY2010, FY2011 and FY2012
