Puerto Vallarta & Riviera Nayarit –the first of its kind in Mexico– has become a tradition to promote the great and innovative gastronomy in this extraordinary World Resort. Not competition, but a special emphasis on a friendly and creative exchange between grand masters of the art of cooking and young talents from all over the world is the reason of this gathering together.
The 16th Festival will again be under the auspices of Thierry Blouet, Heinz Reize and Roland Menetrey, founders of the Festival Gourmet and icons in the local culinary scenery.
Star-awarded Chefs & icons of international haute cuisine have signed up for the 16th Festival. Together with the local master Chefs of our first-class hotels and innovative restaurants they will orchestrate Gourmet-Fiesta ambiance of the superlative level!
