This is not your mother’s art talk...but you should probably bring her anyway. Fourrockstar members of the local arts community — and one moderator who likes to talkto themy — join forces to undermine the fallacious notion that art is a luxury rather thana necessity. They’ll answer seemingly simple questions like what qualifies a person to referto themselves as that most romantic of figures — the artist. As well as share their triumphsand low points. This is a talk for the highbrow, low brow, and every brow in between. If youhave even a passing interest in art, you’ll enjoy this conversation. 3pm - 4:30pm.FREE ($5 suggested donation).
