DECEMBER 24TH

Start with a jolly warm welcome to the New Forest! Hot drinks and homebaked cakes will greet you before you take time to get familiar

with your home for the next few days.

When you are ready, stroll down to join us for festive nibbles and cocktail gathering, before

taking your seat for a delicious four course dinner in the restaurant.

Later you might feel like joining us for our competitive evening quiz or simply sink into

one of the snug sofa’s – it’s your choice!



The BIGSp ecial Day

DECEMBER 25TH

Breakfast is served with a glass of bubbly to welcome in the day. Now what to do next? A nature walk in the stunning surroundings, present opening by the tree, a game with the family or start your new

book in peace and quiet?

Whatever you choose make sure you are ready for the main event, as the kitchen brigade proudly presents a

traditional locally sourced, four course lunch feast.

With or without your paper hat, ease yourself into the afternoon with time to spend as you please or perhaps vintage movies in the lounge, but do save

some room for hot drinks and Christmas cake.

You couldn’t fit in another thing? Just in case, you might be tempted by the light evening buffet supper

DECEMBER 26TH

Following breakfast, a day to breathe, let your shoulders drop and explore or restore. The Forest is packed with places to visit and discover on foot,

cycle or car – we have lots of ideas if you like?

Or we could send you off with complimentary tickets to the world famous Motor Museum at

Beaulieu. You might prefer to stay horizontal in your room or lounge or enjoy one of the afternoon

films showing with tea and homebaked cake.

Whatever you decide – a table will be set and a smashing four course dinner will be waiting for

you to tell your adventures in the evening.

DECEMBER 27TH

Saying goodbye to friends old and new is hard, but we don’t wave you away from this magical forest

without a cracking breakfast and a cheery smile.

It’s normally at this point the team retreats behind the scenes a little sadder, however quite a few of you

choose to stay an extra day on a special Christmas Guest rate – leave your bags unpacked and enjoy

this wonderful part of the world!

A table is reserved in your name for a locally sourced, seasonal four course dinner proudly prepped by our talented kitchen brigade. Take your toddy into the lounge, take part in our evening quiz or take a rain

check for a busy stay ahead.



NewY ear’s Eve

DECEMBER 31ST

With an air of positive excitement and hope, our breakfast will prepare you for the day ahead. We have organised an interesting treasure hunt drive so you get to see the true New Forest or you may

prefer to take your own route.

Afternoon hot drinks and treats will be served in the lounge so you can warm up and relax before

the big event!

Put your glad rags on in time for the evenings proceedings, perfectly chilled English sparkling wine and nibbles will be served in the bar to get

the party started. We are ready to welcome you to a sparkling five course tasting menu to

tantalise tastebuds.

Take a breather (and maybe a port ?) before taking to the dancefloor and showing off

your moves.
