Such gifts and bequests, unless otherwise restricted, will be used for the primary purposesfor which THE AMERICAN ARTISTS FUND was created: to promote understanding and QPPreCiO-tion of classical American Art through media such os the annual observance ofAmericanArtWeek,.to create and mointoin scholarships for study in American Art,. to establish competitions andexhibitions in American Art and to gI.Ve Prizes and awards therefor.
