individual approached and fired several rounds from a gun in her direction. Ms. Dickerson was struck in the left side of her chest by the gunfire, and collapsed. A coworker was also struck by gunfire, and sustained a superficial injury. The suspect then fledsouthbound on Frampton Avenue, and may entered a red GMC Jimmy sport utility vehicle before leaving the scene. Ms.Dickerson was transported to the hospital, where shesuccumbed to her wounds. Detectives are continuing to investigate this matter, but have not been able to identify a suspect at this time. Detectives believe a reward may compel members of the public to provide information on the identity of the person responsible for this crime.
