Fiber Stream is able to offer Sawyers Mill a unique alternative to their

“Local Providers”. Our solution will utilize the most current methods of

Internet and IPTV delivery, modernizing the telecommunications services

for the residents overnight.

Current solutions from Local Internet Service Providers (ISP’s) are not

only overpriced and inferior; they are designed to maximize Income for the

ISP, NOT the property owner. An owner-owned and controlled Internet

Technical/Installation Example

▪ Integrate upstream fiber optics connection to the main telephone room (i.e MDF or basement)

▪ Install onsite firewalls, policy & bandwidth management, servers & proprietary Internet gateway in the MDF P-1

▪ Push/pull fiber to each floor through existing chase to an IDF (Ex. P-1)

o In the event there is no IDF then one small enclosure per floor/building will be needed.

Summary: Each resident pays a technology/utility fee (see SRP - Table 2) for the upgraded infrastructure and modern services. Similarly, the cost can be baked into the monthly rent at the owner’s discretion. The monthly cost covers a symmetrical, fiber backed, enterprise connection. Fiber Stream will assist in the initial on-boarding procedure to ensure a high adoption rate and increased profitability. We will also help design an ongoing marketing plan, which will easily guide you to 100% usage, maximizing resident satisfaction and profits within the first year.
