Field of Flowers Card
Cutting & Scoring:
• Magenta Madness – 4 ¼” x 11”, scored in half on long side, 3 ¾” x 3 ¾” • Whisper White – 5 ¼” x 4”, 3 ½” x 3 ½”, scrap • Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper – 3 ¾” x 2”
Instructions:
• Fold Magenta Madness card base in half on score line • Adhere 5 ¼” x 4” white cardstock to card front • Adhere DSP to bottom card front, towards bottom of card • Take Magenta Madness square and make a
dot with a pencil at the bottom of the card at the half way mark (1 7/8” in)
• Measure ¾” from the bottom up on both sides of this same square and make a dot with a pencil
• Trim paper as shown from dot to dot • Take the Whisper White square and make a
dot with a pencil at the bottom of the card at the half way mark (1 ¾”)
• Measure ¾” from the bottom up on both sides of this same square and make a dot with a pencil
• Trim paper from dot to dot • Stamp flower field on white cardstock using Granny Apple Green ink
• Stamp flowers on scrap white cardstock using Poppy Parade, Magenta Madness and Bumblebee ink
• Punch flowers out using Confetti Flowers Border Punch • Using a stylus, press center of flowers to make them bend and pop to give them a 3-D look • Adhere to stamped grassy image using Multipurpose Liquid Glue • Stamp dragonfly on white cardstock as shown, using Bumblebee ink • Adhere white cardstock to matching Magenta Madness cardstock • Wrap ¼” Magenta Madness ribbon around card front and secure on back side • Adhere bow to card front as shown • Adhere this piece to card front, using Dimensionals • Stamp sentiment on scrap white cardstock and die cut using middle size of Stitched Shapes
