Right of Termination for CauseThisagreementandtheUniversity’sobligationshereunderregardingthisconferenceandthepresentationofanyorallassociatedsessionsandoptionalentertainmenteventsaresubjecttoactsofGod,war,terrorism,governmentregulations,disaster,fire,strikes,civildisorder,curtailmentoftransportationfacilities,orothersimilarcausebeyondthecontrolofthepartiesmakingitinadvisable,illegal,orimpossibletoholdtheeventorprovidethefacility.Iftheconferenceoranyassociatedeventiscancelledduetooneoftheaforementionedoccurrences,theliabilityoftheUniversityshallbelimitedtorefundingtheconferenceregistrationfeeoraportionthereof.TheUniversityshallnotberesponsibleforconsequentialdamages,including,butnotlimitedto,anylossesincurredbyregistrantsincluding,butnotlimitedto,airlinecancellationcharges,hoteldepositsandotherassociatedtravelcosts.
