HARVEST PACK------WHAT A SUCCESS!!!
This past Saturday, about 150 volunteers donated their time to package 38,676 meals to send to Haiti! This was all made possi-ble by the generous donations from members of Immanuel, the New England District, St. Paul High School, Immanuel's Helping Ministry and Women of Immanuel and paint night as well as
many other groups and members of our church and community.
These packets of food are being shipped to the Port au Prince area in Haiti. They will feed many children in orphanages and
families in this area - all in honor of Dr. Maggie Karner.
The success of this event is a testament of how we all felt about
Maggie.
The support and enthusiasm has been overwhelming, Saturday was a day filled with good fellowship and much excitement for
this event.
“God's Blessings to those that donate to help others live with a
little more dignity and comfort.”
