Summer Salad This watermelon salad takes 5 minutes to prepare and serves 6. It can easily be transported to your outdoor event and is a great way to use up any extra melon. Try any leftovers atop grilled whitefish -YUM! Ingredients: 4 cups watermelon, cut into ½-inch pieces 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese 6 leave fresh basil, chopped ½ red onion, sliced 2 tablespoons Wildtree Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar or your favorite balsamic vinegar 6 ounces arugula 2 tablespoons almonds, sliced Directions: Gently toss top 4 ingredients together until combined.
