Fill in questionnaire
1/ On the main screen, just fill the course number and the customer code; for Airbus employees, put *AI as it is shown below:
2/ Then click on the “Enter” button or press Enter on your keyboard. You will be redirected to the questionnaire.
13 characters compose the course number:
• 3 characters for the codification center (EUR, MIA, IND, MEX, PEK…)
• 2 digits for the year
• -
• 7 digits for the GIPSI number
3 characters compose the customer code (*AI for Airbus employees, QTR, AFR, CCN….)

4/ To access user guides: click on “Airbus user support”
To get support at any time: hover “Technical Support” button, then click on “Send a mail to the Support” button. A mail box (with the pre-written mail
addresses to get support) will open.

5/ Answer the first question: the NPS (Net Promoter Score), click on the appropriate recommendation score:
Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures the loyalty that exists between a provider and a consumer. The provider can be a company, employer or any
other entity. The provider is the entity that is asking the questions on the NPS survey. The consumer is the customer, employee, or respondent to
an NPS survey.
