What is bucket filling ?

• Bucket filling means self esteem. • If you bucket is full you are feeling good about

yourself.

• If someone has hurt your feelings, they are dipping into your bucket.

How do we fill buckets ?

• We greet everyone, adults and peers with a smile.

How else ?

• We clean up after ourselves.

Drops

• When some one has done something that fills your bucket, say so with a drop in their bucket. Or you can just give them a compliment, that is a drop in their bucket too.

• Give yourself a drop. What have you done well these past two weeks at middle school ?
