Close valve on oil outletStop CJCTM Filter Close valve on oil inlet When filter housing isdrained, unscrew top nut

Lift off filter housing

Remove used filter insert(s). Deposit according

to national legislation

Clean filter bottom. Place new CJCTM Filter Insert(s)

Unscrew spring nut Remove spring andspring guide

Tighten top nut withtorque of 90 Nm

Tighten spring nut with hand until contact with

spring guide. Then tighten spring nut 4 turns per

filter insert

Replace O-ring for top nutReplace O-ring and place filter housing.

If type 27/108, replace both O-rings

Open oil drain valve. Drain acc. to environ-mental precautions!

Mount spring guide care-fully - make sure there is

no contact between O-ring and thread

between filter inserts

tighten with torque of 10 Nm
