The duplex filters consist of two simple filters joined together by a valve that allows the continuous operation of one filter while the other is in a "stand-by" situation. In this way the maintenance phase is carried out without the need for interruptions. The filter elements of each filter can be represented, depending on the customer’s needs, by cartridges or baskets. The main areas of application are the petrochemical industry, chemical plants, water or gas treatment plants and refinery plants. The materials used to make this type of filter are various: carbon steel, stainless steel and special austene/ferritic steels such as Duplex, Super duplex, Nickel alloys, Titanium Gr. 2; also the measures are fully customizable. All filters can be supplied according to the most common international standards: ASME Sec. VIII, EN13445, BS BS500, AD2000 tested according to PED2014/68/CE requirements, CE marked and USTAMP when needed. This type of filter can be designed for different applications: the removal of solid particles and the removal of liquid particles (coalescent filters).The filtering elements can be made in all types of metal or plastic material, polyester, felt, glass microfiber. Types of treated gases: industrial gases, food&beverage, oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, air, natural gas, etc.Types of treated liquids: industrial liquids, water, hydrocarbons, petrol, LPG, corrosion inhibitors, methanol, oil, etc.

I filtri duplex sono composti da due filtri semplici uniti tra loro da una valvola che consente il funzionamento continuo di un filtro mentre l’altro si trova in una situazione di “stand by”. In questo modo la fase di manutenzione si realizza senza la necessità di interruzioni. Gli elementi filtranti di ciascun filtro possono essere rappresentati, a seconda delle esigenze del cliente, da cartucce o cestelli. I principali ambiti di applicazione sono l’industria petrolchimica, gli impianti chimici, impianti per il trattamento di acqua o gas e gli impianti di raffinazione. I materiali di realizzazione di questa tipologia di filtri sono svariati: acciaio al carbonio, acciaio inossidabile e acciai speciali austeno/ferritici quali Duplex, Super duplex, leghe di Nickel, Titanio Gr. 2; anche le misure sono interamente personalizzabili. HORIZONTAL CARTRIDGE FILTERSFILTRI A CARTUCCIA ORIZZONTALE

Each horizontal filter element is made up of a cartridge, mounted on a steel wire support and centring frame. A module consists of 4 cartridges ø 325 x 1345 mm, with a total filter surface of 88 m2. Each module can treat, in relation to the nature and concentration of the dust, a quantity of air that varies from 4000 to 8000 m3/h.

Ogni elemento filtrante orizzontale è costituito da una cartuccia, montata su armatura di sostegno e centraggio in filo di acciaio. Un modulo è costituito da 4 cartucce ø 325 x 1345 mm per una superficie filtrante complessiva di 88 m2. Ogni modulo può trattare, in relazione alla natura ed alla concentrazione delle polveri, una quantità di aria variabile da 4.000 a 8.000 m3/h.
