Maximizing Mumbai and being Opportunity Centric.
Mumbai is India's proverbial city of opportunities, its population forever on the rise, and infrastructure
hard pressed to keep up. The financial capital of India is believed to be a continuing attractive real estate
markets in terms of return on investments. Most high quality developments had typically come up in
South Mumbai which was formerly the commercial hub of the city. While the real estate industry seemed
to be content following the south Mumbai centric development pattern, we saw an opportunity to create a

“Tilokchand P. Ostwal has been on the Board of Directors since December 2007.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the Shivaji University, Kolhapur
and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a
practicing Chartered Accountant with an experience of approximately 32 years.
He is the Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board of International Fiscal Association,
Netherlands. He is a member of the taxation committees of The Bombay Chartered Accountant Society, Bombay
Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Indian Merchants Chamber, The Associated Chambers of Commerce
and Industry of India, International Taxation Committee of ICAI and The Bombay Chartered Accountant Society.
He is also a visiting professor at Vienna University, Austria where he teaches International Tax for the Master's
Degree in Law. He has also been appointed as a member of a group constituted by the United Nations for
developing transfer pricing manual and documentation for developing countries. He has been adjudged at the
11th position amongst the top 50 tax professionals in the world for the year 2006 - 2007 by Tax-Business
magazine, UK. He is involved in handling international tax issues on cross-border transactions for a wide range of

the India Country Head of Sun Life Financial's India operations in Jan 2007. Prior to
this, he was the CEO & MD of MetLife India. He was responsible for the start-up of
the India venture. He spent over 21 years with MetLife and has achieved professional excellence in the fields of
Insurance and Asset Management. He has worked in many global markets (US, Indonesia, Hongkong and India).
During his career he has marketed Companies in Indonesia, Hongkong and India. He has served on several
boards chambers of commerce such as FICCI, CII, IMC, American Chamber of Commerce and the Indo
Canadian Chamber. He has also served on several committees established by IRDA. He is currently a member of
the Young Presidents Organization – Mumbai Chapter”.

Vikas is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and is on the India Advisory Board of Harvard Business School. His international experience and exposure has helped the Group in differentiating itself and its offerings in the highly competitive market. Prior to joining us, he was with Ernst & Young India Private Limited and has over 15 years of experience in Tax, Accounts and Finance.
