LUCY is a freshman at Ben Davis High School. While traveling through Ben Davis halls, Lucy runs into one of her close friends JASMINE RECORD. Lucy and Jasmine shares a locker together.

LUCY

Hey where are you going after track practice? I was thinking about spending the night over your house, but first I have to ask my moma.

JASMINE

I don’t know, why whats up? I might be going out to eat with my mom, but im not sure yet. I’ll let you know by the time practice is over.

LUCY Ok. Bye, call me later! 2 EXT. Lucy House-5:00pm 2

As Lucy gets home from school she always goes upstairs to set her bookbag down, and then come back down to fix her something to eat. However this time was a little different.

LUCY’s MOM

LUCY! Come here right now! Don’t make me have to call you again! LUCY! LUCY! LUCY! Get yo butt down here! Don’t make me come up there!

As Lucy begin to come down the stairs with a dubfounded look on her face, she instantly see her mother in the kitchen with the most evilest face ever.

LUCY

Mom whats wrong? Why are you yelling at me? I didn’t hear you!

LUCY MOM

You know you heard me! Oh so you think you grown now! If you ever ignore me again I will beat you down until I cant beat you anymore!While Lucy mom is saying this she stretches out her hand to slap Lucy in the face. As she slapping her Lucy starts to ball

up her fist. LUCY MOM

Oh so you gone hit me! I bought you in this world I will take you out, if you ever think about hitting me again!

LUCY Im not gone hit you! You tripping.

As soon as Lucy tries to walk away, her mom tries to choke her.

LUCY

You are not about to choke me! You better find a different way to punish me because I am not letting you choke me. Nor will I let you break any of my bones!

LUCY MOM

You think you grown! Get yo stuff and get out of my house! Y’all always respecting everyone else and their parents but you little bastards don’t ever respect me! And I’m the only one that takes care of you little bastards. Get yo stuff and never come back!

LUCY

Fine! I don’t want to live here anyway! You always tripping for no reason! I didn’t hear you call my name, so you go and choke me! You are ridiculous and pathetic. You need a life! Always want to hit on us! We never asked to be here! If you didn’t want kids then you should of put us up for an adoption or aborted us!

LUCY MOM

And get the heck out of my house! Go live with them so called people you think will take care of you! You dumb ignorant bastard! Y’all make my life harder than what it would be if I never had y’all! LUCY Fine I’m NEVER coming back! And I just recorded this whole conversation to give to CPS so they can know you just put your 16-year-old daughter out of
